  Fletcher Shipping was created in 2007 with the purchase of the company’s first vessel, the FS Aquarius.

The management team, with over 70 years combined experience in the offshore supply sector continue to provide a solid foundation for development of the Fletcher Shipping Business and Brand.

The Aquarius is operated using an approach unique within the supply vessel industry. “Self Management”
gives the vessel crew authority and accountability to manage both their vessel and its budget. Supported
by the Head Office in Aberdeen this empowered approach enables Fletcher Shipping to respond quickly and effectively to the needs of our customers, improves our service delivery, provides flexibility in our delivery and galvanises our Team. It simply makes us better at what we do and better at giving our clients what they want.

The Leadership Team are based in Aberdeen:

Keith FletcherKeith Fletcher – Managing Director

Keith has 10 years experience in the offshore supply vessel industry both in the UKCS and internationally. Prior to forming Fletcher Shipping, Keith set up and managed the successful SBS Marine business from 2000 through to its sale in August 2006 to Viking Supply Ships Ltd.

 

Tony DuffieldTony Duffield - Operations Director

Tony has worked for over 38 years in the offshore supply vessel industry. With vast experience as a marine superintendent and ship manager, Tony joined Fletcher Shipping in 2008. He has worked across the sector with companies including Offshore Marine, Zapata, OIL, Tidewater and SBS Marine. 

 

Sheena HollandSheena Holland – Personnel Director

Sheena has 23 years experience in the offshore supply vessel industry. Prior to joining Fletcher Shipping in 2008,  Sheena worked with OIL, Tidewater and SBS Marine. She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
